Return & Exchange Policy

 

RETURN  POLICY 

  • You may return any item purchased on the Site within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date you received the item. You may visit any of our Speedo stores located nationwide.  Returned item may be exchanged for any item in the store provided the return requirements are met.
  • To be eligible for return and exchange, your item :
  1.    Must be in perfect selling condition.
  2.    Still look unused having no sign of wear and tear.
  3.    In its original packaging with hang tag still attached.
  4.    Must have the receipt as proof of purchase
  • The item being returned may be exchanged for an item of equal value. If the value of  the returned item is higher than that of the item being taken in exchange, no cash refund will be issued by Multisports, Inc.  If the item being taken in exchange has a higher value than the item being returned, the difference in value must be paid to Multisports, Inc.   

DEFECTIVE ITEM

We are committed and constantly strive to ensure that the products we provide you are of the highest quality.  However, if you believe that the product you have purchased has an inherent defect, please email customerservices@speedo.com.ph with the subject: ‘Request to Return Damaged Items’. Please include pictures of the damaged parts and a brief description of the damage.

However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs  associated with the return. Once the item is received, we will contact you via email or SMS that we have received the product. 

  • Our quality inspection team will assess the damage. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.
  • If returned item is determined to have an inherent defect, we will cover the cost of delivering your new product if you have requested for a replacement.
  • Alternatively, should you wish to have a refund and it is approved, we shall make the refund including the shipping cost incurred for the return by making a deposit to your bank account. You will be contacted by our customer support to process the refund.
  • If upon assessment, the product is found to be in perfect selling condition, we shall ship it back to you at your own expense.
